Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. These Terms & Conditions explain how we operate.

 

Rates and Taxes
The rates stated in your booking confirmation cover the entire stay and include accommodation, tourist tax, and cleaning fees. We want to ensure full transparency and clarity, so we will not apply any hidden extra charges after the booking. All amounts and fees will be clearly indicated before confirmation, ensuring you have a complete understanding of the costs associated with your stay.

 

Payment Method
We accept payments via bank transfer and cash. Cash payments must comply with the limits established by current legislation. All payments must be made in the currency indicated in your booking confirmation.

 

Booking and Confirmation
Your booking will be considered valid only upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid within 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made within 14 days prior to check-in, 50% of the remaining balance (70%) will be forfeited.

 

No-Show Policy
In case of no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

 

Booking Changes
Booking changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Additional costs may apply.
Please contact us to discuss any changes.

 

Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival to cover any potential damages or additional expenses.
The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the property’s condition.

 

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM.

 

Liability
The property is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings. Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or items due to negligence, misuse, or pets will be charged to the responsible guest. Pets are allowed but must always be under control and must not cause disturbance or damage to other guests. The owner is fully liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet to people or property.

 

Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards others, maintain peace, and observe proper social conduct. In case of inappropriate behavior, disturbance to other guests, or failure to comply with standard cohabitation rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without any refund.
