Booking and Confirmation

The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of payment of the specified amount and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

 

Payment method

We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card. All payments must be made in the currency indicated in the booking confirmation.

 

Deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival to cover any damages or additional charges. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the property.

 

Rates and Taxes

The rates shown in the booking confirmation cover the entire stay and include accommodation, tourist tax and cleaning costs. We want to ensure transparency and clarity, so we will not apply any ambiguous extra costs after booking. All amounts and charges will be clearly stated before you confirm your booking, to ensure you have a complete understanding of the costs associated with your stay.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:
10% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated before the 30th day from the start of the stay;

30% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 29th and 15th day from the start of the stay;

50% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 14th and 7th day from the start of the stay;

80% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 6th and 4th day from the start of the stay;

100% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated within 3 days before the start of the stay.

For reservations confirmed within the 14th day of arrival, the following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation:

30% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 14th and 7th day from the start of the stay;

50% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 6th and 4th day from the start of the stay;

100% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated within 3 days before the start of the stay.

For reservations confirmed before the 7th day of arrival, the following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation:

30% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 7th and 5th day from the start of the stay;

50% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated between the 4th and 2nd day from the beginning of the stay;

100% of the total booking price in the case of cancellation communicated within 1 day before the start of the stay.

Payment Deadlines

Payments must be made according to the following deadlines.

For reservations made and confirmed before the 30th day before arrival:

30% of the total price at the time of booking and 70% by the 14th day before arrival.

For reservations made and confirmed from the 29th day before arrival:

100% of the total price at the time of booking.

 

No Show Policy

In case of no-show without notice, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Booking Changes

Booking changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Please contact us to discuss any changes.
